LBO France acquires a majority stake in Amahorse, leader

Paris and Milan, March 24, 2025 – LBO France, through Polis SGR, acquires the majority of Amahorse, an Italian leader in equestrian clothing and accessories with the brands Acavallo, Equestro, and Franceschini. The founding Volpi family remains in charge.
